Introduction to the Group Company
Zhejiang Huanyu Bearing Co., Ltd. was established in December 1999 and is located in Fufu Mountain, Zigang Street, Changshan County, Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It covers an area of over 70000 square meters and is a national new technology enterprise specializing in the research and development, production, and sales of high-precision deep groove ball bearings, tapered roller bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, angular contact bearings, agricultural machinery bearings, and various types of screw air compressor bearings.
Establishment of Group Company
Founder: Luo Huanshan left the government in the second half of 1996 and started his own business. Since then, he has tasted many ups and downs. In the early stages of entrepreneurship, he had nothing left, including people, materials, and things. With one head and two hands, he went into the business and founded Changshan Global Bearing Co., Ltd. in Qiuchuan, producing bearing forgings.
Development of the Group Company
In 1998, a bearing car processing and grinding workshop was established in the suburbs, and it was renamed Zhejiang Huanyu Bearing Co., Ltd.
In 1999, 15 acres of land were requisitioned and an investment of 4 million yuan was made to build a factory with an area of over 5000 square meters. A heat treatment production line was added, and the production capacity for grinding and assembly was expanded.
In 2003, an additional 35 acres of land were requisitioned around the original 15 acre factory area, expanding the entire factory to 50 acres with an investment of 15 million yuan. A 11000 square meter factory was built, expanding the original production capacity and adding a cone bearing production line. The equipment used was domestically advanced CNC bearing grinding machines.
In 2007, 70 acres of land were requisitioned around the original company, but due to the delayed handling of land requisition policies for three years,
At the end of 2009, the land acquisition was completed and construction began on a 1500 square meter factory building with an investment of 50 million yuan. The total land area reached 120 acres and the total assets reached 120 million yuan. The heat treatment production line was renovated, and 4 CNC fully automatic deep groove ball bearings, 6 tapered roller bearings, and 4 assembly automatic lines were added, forming a leading domestic bearing production enterprise.
Stability of the group company
The current chairman and general manager, Luo Qing, has been engaged in the bearing manufacturing industry since December 1999. In December 2020, I was awarded the title of "Senior Engineer". After 20 years of continuous learning and exploration, I have achieved certain results in bearing manufacturing technology, design, and new product research and development. At the same time, I have also won many awards: in 2016 and 2019, I won the third prize of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology; Participated in the development of national standards for measuring the cleanliness and vibration of rolling bearings in 2017 and 2020, respectively; From 2015 to 2023, a total of 11 authorized invention patents, over 10 utility model patents, and 2 software copyrights were obtained; A total of 30 research and development projects were carried out from January 2018 to December 2023, with a total investment of over 28 million yuan in research and development expenses
